The box will be locked until you are there and I’ll unlock it remotely. your laptop will be cleaned with Ethanol before and after the repair too.
We will also be pushing out our remote assistance more than usual to repair your computer remotely. We are currently offering a discount for this service too. Remote support will only work if your able to visit our website on the effected PC.

A. After arranging an appointment either by telephone, email or online using our self book in page, an engineer will visit you at the address you provide and asses your computer and give a free quote. The repair will then be carried out either onsite or for bigger problems will be completed at our workshop and returned once complete.
A. No we do not charge by the hour, some computers take a little longer to finish repair tasks than other and don’t see it fair on the customer to pay extra because they’re computer is taking longer.
A. Yes although we’ve never had to use our insurance but it’s there just in case.
A. That depends on a few factors although we aim to get all repairs done within 24 hours but sometimes have to wait for parts to be ordered.
