Used the call back feature on a Sunday at 8pm. Had a call back about 3 minutes later. He came to my house the next day. He didn’t have the part at the time, but ordered it in and kept me up to date on it’s arrival. Now looking at a glistening brand new screen on my laptop! Awesome service.

Within a day diagnosed (and solved) a problem with a server and nas drive that had taken a shop in gorseignon 3 months. A real person with interest and skill with computing and more than just the googlers and desktop support, they actually understand computers, information technology, hardware and software. Really happy I found locally. Just so you know as never trust reviews, I am not related and an actual customer and rarely impressed but this was refreshing, unexpected and spot on IT
