We offer virus removal for as low as £25 and with a maximum charge of £65. As with all of our services we run a strict “no fix no fee” policy for all software related issues. Q. How does your service work?

A. After arranging an appointment either by telephone, email or online using our self book in page, an engineer will visit you at the address you provide and asses your computer and give a free quote. The repair will then be carried out either onsite or for bigger problems will be completed at our workshop and returned once complete.

Q. Do you charge by the hour?

A. No we do not charge by the hour, some computers take a little longer to finish repair tasks than other and don’t see it fair on the customer to pay extra because they’re computer is taking longer.

Q. Are you insured against loss or damage?

A. Yes although we’ve never had to use our insurance but it’s there just in case.

Q. How long do repairs take?

A. That depends on a few factors although we aim to get all repairs done within 24 hours but sometimes have to wait for parts to be ordered.

Q. What if your quote was to high?

A. If you decide not to go ahead with the repair then there would be a £25 charge to cover our expenses.
